CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • One dedicated 20amp circuit required in each closet within 3 feet of proposed location
  • Customer to provide a sufficient surface to mount hardware
  • Customer responsible for conduit fire stops if needed
  • Permits, if required, are the responsibility of the customer
  • Proposal does not include cabling, termination, or certification of existing cabling
  • Customer responsible for lodging & parking during installation (room charges and tax, excluding incidentals)
  • Customer will provide an escort to access guest rooms for installation and testing
  • Purchase price does not include federal, state, county, or municipal sales, excise, or tariffs unless stated
  • Price based upon normal business hours, Monday through Friday
  • Does not include union labor — additional fees may apply
  • Additional work or equipment beyond normal installation requires a signed change order

PROPOSAL ASSUMPTIONS

  • 75% down payment due before project commences; 25% invoiced on system activation
  • Pricing valid for 14 days from issuance
  • Installation includes a single trip unless noted otherwise
  • Additional costs may apply for delayed or partial installations
  • Union labor is not included as part of this installation
  • Ground freight included; expedited freight requires a signed change order
  • Proposal does not include any cabling or jacking unless specified
  • Based on installation to existing terminated, tested, and labeled cabling
  • Work performed during normal business hours unless otherwise agreed upon
  • Changes to configuration or scope require a signed change order
  • Hardware costs based on current pricing, valid for 120 days; manufacturer price increases may be passed on
  • Pricing subject to change if tariffs, duties, or government-imposed fees are enacted or modified
  • Acceptance of proposal constitutes agreement to pay finance charges on past due invoices
