We work with licensed, insured contractors with proven experience in their respective trades. You'll need valid business licensing and liability insurance to apply.
How are commissions calculated and paid?▼
Commissions are calculated based on the contract value of projects you connect us with. Rates range from 2-5% depending on the trade. You're paid upon our receipt of payment from the customer, typically within 30 days.
What types of projects do you typically have available?▼
We specialize in hospitality, multi-family residential, commercial, and large-scale residential projects. Project values range from $500K to $10M+.
Is there a cap on how much I can earn?▼
No cap! Your earning potential is unlimited and based on project volume. The more projects you connect, the more you earn.
